From the first phone call to the VAT return — outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, theatres and the back office on one record. 64 modules, 12 hospital departments, fully bilingual in Arabic and English.
The same database, the same login, the same screens. Growing means switching modules on — never migrating to a different product.

Hospital departments
Beds, theatres and departments — not a clinic app with a ward bolted on
Every department writes to the same patient record the outpatient clinic uses, so an admission, a theatre case and a dispensed drug land on one timeline, one bill and one claim.
Admissions & bed board
Every bed in the building and who is in it — admissions, transfers, isolation and discharge.
Nursing & drug rounds
Every dose due or late, observations, care tasks and handovers that must be acknowledged.
Operating theatre
The list per room, the surgical safety checklist, anaesthesia, implants used and the operative note.
Cardiac cath lab
Today's list per lab, turnover between cases, the STEMI pathway with its clock, and the dose register.
Emergency & triage
Triage by acuity with the sickest first, unidentified arrivals registered in seconds, and a live board.
Pharmacy dispensing
The counter queue of signed prescriptions, safety screening, controlled registers and ward stock.
Laboratory (LIS)
Specimen barcodes, bench worklists per section, analyser results over HL7 and critical values pushed out.
Radiology (RIS/PACS)
Orders and accession numbers, a worklist per modality, reporting and images from the archive.
Blood bank
Stock by group and component, cross-match and issue, oldest expiry first, and the transfusion record.
Dialysis unit
Every chair across every shift, the prescription, isolation category, vascular access and the session record.
Physiotherapy
Caseloads and programmes, sessions used against what was authorised, and outcome measures.
Coding & ministry returns
ICD and procedure coding for every encounter and admission, and the census, occupancy, length-of-stay and mortality returns built on top of them.
Departments are licensed separately: a day-surgery centre buys the theatre without the ward, and a dialysis unit buys neither.
Complete coverage
Sixty-four modules. One system, one database, one login.
Competitors sell these as separate add-ons that then have to be reconciled with each other. Here the appointment, the note, the invoice and the claim always agree, because there is only one of each.
Appointments & queue
Calendar booking, walk-in queue, working hours and smart slot rules.
Online booking page
A public booking page in your clinic's name, with optional deposits.
Smart waitlist
Cancellations are offered to the right patient automatically — no slot wasted.

Leads, a call log with missed-call callbacks, referrals and booking requests.

Video visits with secure one-time join links.

One live board for the whole site: who is waiting, where, and for how long.
Waiting-room display
A screen for the waiting area that calls the next patient in both languages.
Patient records
Conditions, documents, insurance policies and a full visit timeline.
Households & families

The list per room, the surgical safety checklist, anaesthesia, implants used and the operative note.

One record, end to end
Follow one patient through the whole building
Nothing is re-typed and nothing is reconciled at the end of the month — each step writes to the record the next step reads.
1
The call
A missed call becomes a callback task; the lead, the WhatsApp reply and the booking sit on one screen.
CRM · Waitlist
2
The arrival
Check-in puts the patient in the queue and flags an unpaid balance or a missing consent before they sit down.
Queue · Consents
3
The consultation
Notes, vitals and diagnoses — with prescribing screened against allergies and current drugs as it is written.
Encounters · Prescriptions
4
The department
Lab, imaging, theatre or a bed: the order goes out and the result comes back to the doctor's inbox, critical first.
Laboratory · Radiology · Theatre
5
The bill
Every service, drug and implant used is already on the invoice; the till, the instalment and the e-receipt follow.
Invoicing · Cash
6
The claim & the books
Coding, eligibility, the claim batch, the remittance and the denial worklist — then the journal posts overnight.

Security & privacy
Patient data treated like it matters
Security isn't a checkbox on our pricing page — it's how the platform is built.
Role-based access
Every user sees exactly what their role allows — nothing more.
Private document vault
Medical files live in private storage; download links expire within minutes.
Hashed codes & sessions
Portal codes and tokens are stored hashed, with attempt limits enforced.
Privacy-safe portal
The portal never reveals whether a phone number belongs to a patient.
Immutable accounting
Posted entries are never edited — corrections are explicit reversing entries.
Automatic housekeeping
Expired links, codes and sessions are purged every day, on schedule.
Trusted by clinics
What clinic teams say
“We replaced four different systems — booking, WhatsApp, billing and Excel — with one. The front desk finally stopped copying data between windows.”
Dr. Sara M.
Medical Director — dental clinic
“The waitlist alone paid for the subscription. Cancelled slots fill themselves before we even notice them.”
Ahmed K.
Operations Manager — polyclinic
“Insurance claims used to take an employee two full days a week. Now the batch goes out, remittance comes back, and denials are a worklist, not a mystery.”
Mona A.

Pricing
Simple plans that grow with you
Start with what you need today. Every tier is the same platform — upgrading switches modules on, it never moves you to another product.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include every module listed — no setup fee. An annual subscription is ten months (two free). Hospital departments are licensed individually, so you pay for the ones you open.
Yes — the entire platform is bilingual Arabic/English with full right-to-left layouts, not a translated afterthought. Every screen, report and patient message works natively in both languages.
Is our patient data secure?
Medical documents are stored in a private vault with download links that expire in minutes, portal codes and sessions are stored hashed with attempt limits, and role-based access controls what every user can see.
Does it handle a hospital with beds?
Yes — admissions and the bed board, nursing drug rounds and handovers, operating theatres, the cardiac catheterisation laboratory, emergency triage, pharmacy dispensing, laboratory and radiology, the blood bank, dialysis and physiotherapy. Each department is licensed on its own, so a day-surgery centre can take the theatre without the ward.
What happens when the internet goes down?
There is a desktop edition that runs entirely offline, with its own database on the machine and a licence issued for that one computer — for sites where the connection cannot be relied on. The connected editions are the same app against your cloud workspace.
Can we migrate from our current system?
Yes. On Group plans we handle data migration — patients, appointments, balances and stock — as part of onboarding, and we train your team before go-live.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. Online booking, the patient portal, video visits, forms and surveys all open in the browser from a link sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email. A patient phone app exists for those who would rather have one.
Does it work for multiple branches?
Yes — the Group plan supports multi-branch operations with per-branch scheduling, stock, cash sessions and consolidated reporting.
Which specialties does it fit?
General practice, dental (with a full odontogram), dermatology and aesthetics, physiotherapy with session packages, paediatrics with immunisation tracking, and any clinic that books appointments.
